Yesterday afternoon and into the evening hours, police executed search warrants at addresses in the 400 block of Avenue R South and 400 block of Montreal Avenue South that resulted in significant police presences and traffic restrictions.
Traffic restrictions have since been removed and police have cleared from the areas. Members of the public are thanked for their accommodation of the restrictions.
Police are currently conducting an investigation on the 400 block of Avenue R South, where a significant police presence exists and traffic restrictions are in place.
Members of the public are asked to avoid the area. An update will be provided upon conclusion of the investigation or when new information becomes known.
